Wide Horizon

Plans are forging ahead for the groundbreaking of our North Building Expansion Project, probably in the autumn of 2011. Construction contract documents are near completion. Local agencies have already approved the plans. State approval is pending. We’re also thankful to have received another grant of $100,000 from the Isabel Foundation, which is located in Flint, Michigan, and consistently and generously supports Christian Science nursing throughout the United States. We’re thankful so much is going well! We have had new design (see “Capital Campaign“) that reduces the construction and overall costs to $2.25 million. The construction costs budget is now $1.5 million, which has been reached. We are also grateful for all contributions and pledges toward this project that are helping us meet our goal of $2.25 million.
